Well, another big HOLA from your Elder
Hironaka!!! I wanted to start by saying it really makes my day when I read all
the fun things that are going on back home. Life sounds so different, and the
pictures, I love seeing you guys. I really want to tell you guys, I really miss
and love everyone.
So, this week we had a double mission
meeting [combined Mission meeting with the North and South Missions] I was looking all
over for Elder Baldwin [a friend from home in the North mission]. I was happy
because he looks the same and hasn’t changed very much. It was nice to talk
with someone from home. The north mission is really different than the south.
We were told to be an hour early and that we couldn’t bring cameras. The north
missionaries showed up with cameras and really were a lot more relaxed than us. I
really wanted a picture with Elder Baldwin and he got one so ask his mom for
the pictures. The meeting was with a member from the 70’s. So, no, news about
another Mission opening in Nicaragua.
This week we baptized Aminadar. It was super
cool see the progress he has made from day one to now. I hope his family will
come back to the church and support him more. It was awesome to see my companion
have his first baptism. I remember Marcelo so well when he was baptized and
it’s a memory I will never forget.
This next week we should have 4 more
baptisms, which I’m super excited for. I love to see the look on their faces
after they get baptized.
Today for p-day we played baseball as a
district with our investigators and after we made an Americanized breakfast. It
was super fun and we had a great day.I love you guys and BE SAFE.
1) Are you healthy? Super healthy
2) Did you receive your Valentine/St.
Patrick's Day package? Yes and I loved it
